Delivery and services
5.1 Delivery area: We deliver our products to the geographical area specified on our e-commerce site. However, some postal codes are excluded.
5.2 Delivery times: We strive to respect the delivery times indicated when placing your order. However, delivery times may vary depending on product availability and the delivery area. We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Deliveries are made by rounds. If the recipient of the order is absent, our delivery people will try to contact them. If there is no response from them, we will try to contact you to tell you that delivery could not be made. We will then try to contact the recipient again during the day. If the recipient does not come forward before the establishment closes on the day concerned by the delivery, we will send you a message in the form of an SMS or email to notify you.
5.3 Delivery days: Our delivery service delivers Monday to Saturday. On Sundays, deliveries are ensured by our partner Smood.ch.
5.4 Services: In addition to selling products, we offer floristry services such as creating flower arrangements, arrangements for special events, etc. Specific details of the services offered are indicated on our e-commerce site in the “about” section.
